Applied Electronics was founded in 1958 to service the television and radio broadcast industry. Its expertise in broadcast covered all aspects of audio and video production and transmission. Commencing with the introduction of specialized data display technology in 1979, Applied Electronics expanded into the field of high-end audio visual systems design. In 1983, the Audio Visual Systems Division of Applied Electronics was founded and now is one of the largest presentation technology and system solutions providers in Canada – for sales, systems design, integration, after-sale service, and technical support.
