Al Light Retires After 43 Years as Service Manager at Applied Electronics
Well it seems like just yesterday when a handsome young man named Allan Light began working for Applied Electronics..."Just yesterday" was March 5, 1973! Al has made his own history with Applied Electronics and has helped launch so many careers at the company and in the industry. On June 30, 2016, Al retired. Applied Electronics Offers First RED Digital Cinema Technical Training in Canada
Applied Electronics presented a free RED Digital Cinema camera workshop to Montreal and Toronto shooters of all experience levels, providing hands-on training with RED's newest generation of Digital Stills and Motion Cameras. The two-stop, hands-on technical tour began with a two-session workshop on May 24, 2016 at Moment Factory, a Montréal-based multimedia entertainment studio specializing in the conception and production of immersive environments. The second stop was the Ballantyne Education Centre at Applied Electronics' Mississauga head office on May 26th, catering to the Toronto area shooters.
