Applied Electronics’ factory-trained technicians are most familiar with the various product lines we represent and are specialized in several areas from construct and assembly to integration, maintenance, and repair.
On-Site Service Calls:
Most broadcast and audio visual systems require on-site service, and for customers without maintenance staff, we offer this service to them.
Emergency Service Response:
Where priorities leave little room for down time, Applied Electronics will respond as needed. We support our customers through a variety of service contracts.
Phone-In Service Support:
During normal business hours, our customers can call in for service assistance. Talking directly to the product or system specialist often saves time and money for the end users.
Preventive Maintenance Programs:
Applied Electronics will recommend a scheduled maintenance program to suit your broadcast or audio visual equipment needs. These are tailored to your requirements to maximize the performance and life of your equipment.
From time to time, with staff changes and updates to equipment, training is required to familiarize people with its use. Applied Electronics will train you to your specific requirements.
