After-Sale Services:
Over a third of Applied Electronics’ total staff is dedicated to the service and support of the systems and equipment we provide. We stock spare parts and advance service replacements to maintain continuity of service in mission-critical applications. Applied Electronics’ skilled technologists are highly trained and widely experienced. They have direct lines to our suppliers and receive factory training updates on a regular basis.
Applied Electronics’ Service Department provides after-sale services such as bench repairs, on-site assistance, emergency service response, phone-in service support, preventative maintenance programs and customer training.
With 5 service facilities and a coast-to-coast network of highly skilled field & in-house technicians, Applied Electronics’ Service Department provides the following After-Sale Services:
Bench Repair:
Our service centres are fully equipped with the test gear and tools to service the products we sell. Applied Electronics’ factory-trained Technicians are most familiar with the various product lines we represent and are specialized in several areas from construction and assembly to integration, maintenance, and repair.
On-Site Service Calls:
We provide on-site service and support to clients who do not have in-house maintenance staff.
Emergency Service Response:
Where priorities leave little room for down time, Applied Electronics will respond as needed. We support our customers through a variety of service contracts based on individual facility requirements..
Phone-In Service Support:
Talking directly to the product or system specialist often saves time and money for the end users. When required, customers can call in and speak with one of our Service Administrators who will then route them to the appropriate Technical personnel for assistance.
Preventive Maintenance Programs:
Applied Electronics will recommend a scheduled maintenance program to suit the system equipment needs and meet the conditions of the manufacturers’ warranty. These are tailored to the client’s requirements in order to maximize the performance and life of the equipment.
Customer Training:
From time to time, with staff changes and updates to equipment, training is required to familiarize people with its use. Applied Electronics will train the end users to the systems' specific requirements.Service Centres Across Canada
