Technical Support

Ongoing support for broadcasting and audio visual equipment, integrations, and systems

Applied Electronics has a full slate of in-house broadcasting and audio visual system Technical Support and Installation staff across Canada. Each technician receives product and technical training from the manufacturer on a regular basis to remain proficient in installation as well as handling any technical matters that may arise with the products supplied. The Site Manager coordinates the installation technicians and communicates on a daily basis with the Senior Engineer regarding the progress and material requirements in order to achieve the milestones on the timeline.

Applied Electronics provides broadcast, post production and presentation technology, but can also fabricate custom components for systems, such as input panels, lighting control panels, mounting structures, and other custom devices.

Over a third of our staff is dedicated to the service and support of the broadcasting and audio visual equipment and systems and products that we provide. Our Customer Support team is the largest service and support group dedicated to both the broadcast and A/V industries in Canada. Our service support staff have a broad spectrum of knowledge on the variety of broadcast and A/V equipment product lines we carry, and can tend to clients' questions, concerns, and equipment needs. They respond to on-site warranty/non-warranty service requirements and provide on-going system preventative maintenance support, as well as bench service. Our service support personnel across the country endeavour to support all our clients' broadcasting and A/V technical support requirements.
