Managed Services Programs

We’re committed to ongoing customer care and it’s our goal to support our customers’ IT shared services strategy and the adoption of the integrated systems. We offer comprehensive Managed Services Programs, to ensure the proper maintenance of the installed equipment for optimal system performance, improved component reliability, and overall satisfaction.

Service & Support

We also offer ‘concierge’ services to our clients, which is not full technical support, but more high-level operational support. We find providing this type of white glove support, especially in the first three to six months following the completion of an integration, greatly enhances user experience and, therefore, drives more successful adoption of the systems.
